Welcome to our consultation
We are proposing to redevelop the land between Princess Street and Whitehouse Street in Bedminster. Our scheme will be the first project in Bristol City Council’s Whitehouse Street Regeneration Area, an area identified by the Council to deliver new homes and businesses. Our proposal includes:

Total redevelopment of this industrial site, identified by Bristol City Council for residential-led, mixed use regeneration.

450 new homes including 20 percent affordable homes

All market homes will be for rent, owned and run by a professional management company.

Mixture of one, two and three bedroomed homes.

400 student rooms in a purpose built student accommodation building that will be managed 24/7.

New green spaces

15,000sqft of new ground floor spaces that could be used for local businesses, by the community, for healthcare and for cafes, depending on what is needed and what works best to create a vibrant place.
