Invitation to our consultation
As part of Bristol City Council’s Whitehouse Street Regeneration, we are proposing to redevelop the land between Princess Street and Whitehouse Street in Bedminster. Our scheme will help kickstart this important regeneration. Our proposal includes:

Total redevelopment of this industrial site, identified by Bristol City Council for residential-led, mixed use regeneration.

450 new homes including 20 percent affordable homes at discounted rents

All market homes will be for rent, owned and run by a professional management company.

The affordable homes will be owned and managed by a housing association.

Mixture of one, two and three bedroomed homes.

400 student rooms in a purpose built student accommodation building that will be managed 24/7.

New green spaces open to everyone.

15,000sqft of new ground floor spaces that could be used for local businesses, by the community, for healthcare and for cafes… depending on what is needed and what works best to create a vibrant place.

The site indicated by the red line is currently industrial.
We are holding our first, initial public exhibition of our plans, which everyone is welcome to attend:
Date: | Monday 9th December |
Time: | 3.00pm-7.30pm |
Location: | Windmill Hill City Farm |
From 9th December you will also be able to read about our plans – and provide your comments – on this website. We expect to hold a second event in mid-January as our plans progress further to reflect community feedback.
